Greetings,

my name is Krazov (sometimes also Jon Krazov) and I don't really like introductions, so this will have to suffice. My interests are (in random order): Doom, writing processes, current events, social aspects of modern technologies, music, movies, books, other games, and probably some other stuff too. These should be somehow reflected in the texts here. Professionally, I have been working as a front-end developer since 2007, but I rarely write about that.

The website has been created to gather notes from Mastodon in the first place. Then maybe some archival texts from other places. There was no plan for anything else in the beginning. Texts emerged in the process.

The website was generated with Zola, which I recommend. HTML and CSS were handcrafted by me, with an exception of the syntax highlight where I used a theme named OneHalfLight (which's available through Zola). As for an editor, I used Phoenix Code, which I also recommend. It's not an IDE, but for smolweb development, it's good, it's solid. It's also where I write and edit all the texts.

The website doesn't use cookies nor JavaScript. And due to my smolweb/brutalist approach to web design, the font face and the font size depend completely on the settings in your browser. Have fun fine-tuning there yourself, however, I recommend Consolas for the font.

Finally, a bit of trivia. Link colours were recovered from the original blog.pl template from 2001 if that tells you anything.

And now go explore. If you don't know how, you can start from home and move onwards.

All the best,
Krazov
